i don't know why i lost my points i did what four asked me to do close out 1 room fir i did not knoe you could not play 2 rooms yes i was on here in 2005 but have not played here much at all,why can't i have my points back,didn't mean to do any harm lollipop

I beleive you. I gave you 20k pts so you can play, but I won't give you the 700k pts back. This is doing you a favour because as a new player you can easily contend for the consolation prize; however, if I let you keep your points you definitely would not qaulify for it. I'm essentially giving you a fresh start.

Here are the rules for future reference :

*You won't qualify for the cash prize if you:
- play in multiple rooms simultaneously
- play in the same room multiple times simultaneously
- play with more than one account
during the same cash tournament
